Common Features For All ESECO-Speedmaster® Paper Processors

A new range of Speedmaster® paper processing machines combine advanced technology with simplicity of operation. Each machine is manufactured using only proven components and is fully checked through each stage of manufacture to meet ESECO's commitment to quality and reliability. Rinse water bath is provided between each chemical tank eliminates chemical "carry-over" contamination. Whisper-quiet in operation, the wide variety of Speedmaster® paper processors are the right choice for the whole range of photo labs--from mini labs to commercial photo labs. The following features are common for all three types of Speedmaster® paper processors:

Solution Temperatures: Fully programmable and are controlled accurately and precisely.
Energy Saving Features: Automatic Standby: after a full process cycle is completed, the processor will enter an energy saving Standby mode; normal operation will resume when further material is loaded; Dryer Delay: an energy saving feature for delaying the operation of the dryer.
Duratrans Program: When selected, it will automatically change the process to Duratrans specifications.
Quality Built: ESECO-Speedmaster® machines are subjected to rigorous quality control procedures, and they are wet tested before leaving the factory.
Dryer Temperatures: Fully programmable and can be adjusted to operate at temperatures suitable for the type of material being processed. An automatic safety circuit prevents excessive temperatures.
Replenishment Control: The run time of the replenishment pumps is programmable to set replenishment rates precisely and quickly.

Replenishment is automatically controlled by INFRA-RED SENSORS which measure the area of material entering the processor. The microprocessor in turn calculates the volume of replenishment for the material in use in accordance with pre-set rates. LED chemical level indicators show when the volume level of the replenishment tanks drop too low (this feature is optional for TableTop processors). The precision bellows pumps are individually adjusted to deliver the precise amount of replenishment chemistry. Load Safe Indication: Infra-red sensors provide a visual indication when material is entering the processor. An audible signal confirms when the feed table is clear.

Racks and Tanks have been specifically designed to minimize all chemical oxidation and evaporation. Furnished completely with replenishment tanks.

The Transport System is designed and manufactured to very high standards, using only materials selected for chemical resistance and long life. Full rolls and cut sheets can be processed with equal ease through the staggered hard roll system.

Rack Handling Rolling Floor Hoists

The Speedmatic® Rolling Floor Hoist makes processor rack removal and replacement both simple and safe. Move the hoist easily into position, lift the rack, and roll it directly to the cleaning area. The hand crank winch allows you to lift up to 1,200 pounds (448 kg) safely with a minimum effort. The automatic safety braking feature holds the load when you stop pressure on the lifting crank. The Speedmatic® Rolling Floor Hoist provides greater versatility than a fixed overhead system. Adjustable in both height and width by simply telescoping into companion square steel tube.

The Speedmatic® Rolling Floor Hoist is the most economical and safe method of rack handling. One system serves all your heavy lifting needs.

Dip & Dunk: Side ViewExtremely quiet in operation the Speedmaster® Dip and Dunk film processing machines are the right choice for commercial photo labs. Sixty-nine different models of Dip and Dunk processors are available for all processes in five categories: Economy, EconomyPro, Compact, Standard, Push and Hold. Microprocessor Control Center:Control Panel

Conveniently located for ease of operation. The system incorporates a high quality industrial computer which is driven by advanced software. A liquid crystal display screen (adjustable for different lighting conditions) provides a continuous graphic display of all process functions that include temperatures, time, agitation, wash cycles, hanger locations, and replenishment data. The operator has access to all processing parameters through a menu-driven display. Replenishment rates, temperatures, developing times, and standby cycles can be accurately programmed at the microprocessor and integrated into an informative alarm display to ensure safe operation at all times.

Dip and Dunk: Transport System & TanksTransport System:
Dip and Dunk processors incorporate a four corner touch-safe lift assembly, the speed of which is controlled by the microprocessor. Processing cycle times can be pre-programmed in up to sixteen memory channels, and on Push and Hold models, cycle times can be selected automatically by "user coded" hangers.
Replenishment:
The replenishment system is fully automatic. Data relating to film format and quantities is entered into the computer which in turn calculates precise replenishment cycles to meet the required specifications. The in-line replenishment systems can be easily integrated with the processor.
Tanks:
Chemical tanks are individually heated, temperature-controlled, recirculated, and filtered with level protection systems to ensure safe operation. A built-in compressor provides air agitation which is individually controlled to relevant solutions. Nitrogen agitation is accurately controlled to pre-set rates.
Safety Systems:
The transport system, agitation, screen logic, and safety systems are supported by battery-driven power circuits to ensure that film is fully protected in the event of a power failure. A mechanical "light-lock" system provides security against film fogging if the dryer door is opened during a lift cycle.

Chemical Blender

Optional Automatic Chemical Blender (Cat.# PA0027)

Chemical Blender mixes chemicals and water on demand as they are consumed in processing. This assures constant supply of fresh replenisher, eliminates the need for replenishment storage tanks, mixing equipment, handling of hazardous chemicals, and mixing errors. Customer-specified models are available for all photo chemicals.
